Abstract

In this article, the author’s position refi ned essence of the concept of «social environment» and its characteristics at the macro and micro levels. The factors of social media companies, which determine the quality of working life of staff. Properties of modern model of social environment of organization, proper needs
and marked, the same, cooperant socio-economic development of enterprise. Demanded for social information and resources of its receipt. A basic version of the hardware and software medium enterprises.
