Abstract |
In the article are analyzed the questions concerning notions «the human capital», historical understanding the necessity of investments into the person, are regarded the ways of efficiency estimation of such investments according to the theory of the human capital. The factors are formulated influencing formation of the human capital without of which the real quantitative estimation of investments is impossible. | ||||
