Abstract |
This article is a continuation of discussions scholars on the role and place of liberalism in modern economic development. Advantages and shortcomings of the public and market regulation of medical care, the necessity of reasonable, no warps, balancing for optimal allocation of scarce health resources are disclosed. A development of the institutions based on joint participation and joint regulation of health care and unity of interests are proposed. | ||||
