Abstract |
The article examines current approaches to the defi nition of legal means. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legal remedies in the fi eld of administrative law. Highlight sectoral originality administrative and legal means and prospects of further development of the instrumental theory to enhance effective administrative and legal regulation of relations that are the subject of administrative law. | ||||
