Abstract |
In this article the types and kinds of cooperatives under the current legislation of Ukraine, the features of the legal status and functioning of cooperatives in order to attempt to include HBC then any type and form cooperatives expedience need for a substantial improvement of legislative regulation relationships associated with the activities of cooperatives specifi c to the given subjects object construction market and the adoption of a special law for recovery and further development of the housing cooperative as kvazisubjekt-profi t business. |
