Abstract |
In the article the essence and main types of the labor contracts between lecturers and university as employer are defi ned. It is proved that effi ciency of the lecturer activity depends on the length of the contract with university, organization of the material incentives and solution of the problem of the plural (second) employment in the higher school. | ||||
