Abstract |
The article is devoted to the questions of the analysis of the content of the legislative support of the relationship in the sphere of physical culture. The important question is to clarify the legal nature (basis) of the sport activity and its correlation with the economic activity. The attention is paid to the fact that the physical and health-improving activity is not regulated by any specific branch of the legislation in Ukraine. | ||||
