Abstract |
The article is devoted to questions of legal supplyment of marine politics of state. The author draws attention to the fact that today the state legislative regulation of maritime activities as such is not optimal, espite the adoption of the Maritime Doctrine as a general regulatory act, which defi nes the framework of maritime activities as well. |
