Abstract |
This article the issues of improvement of the organizational-legal mechanism for the implementation of the economic activities on the territory of the Chernobyl catastrophe is devoted. The main aspects the effectiveness of domestic reserves organizational and legal mechanism of economic activities was considered article. The author substantiates the necessity of the creation of Department of development of economic activities on the territory of the Chernobyl catastrophe in the structure of the Department of development of the real sector of economy the Ministry of economic development and trade. | ||||
