Abstract |
This article provides economic and legal description of metallurgical production in Ukraine, studies it’s technological features that are relevant to the legal regulation of economic activity in the industry. Special attention is given to the analysis of the modern public software of metallurgical industry. A list of basic legislation that regulates the activities in the field of metallurgical production is provided and disadvantages of modern Ukrainian legislation in this area are indicated in the article. |
