Abstract |
The analysis of the current legislation on the need to support the development of the fi shing industry was carried out. It is concluded that the legally enshrined public support is selective, as introduced for certain types of entities Fisheries and does not account for the specifi c features of the fi shing industry. The necessity of introducing a special regime for the fi sheries subjects is grounded. | ||||
