Abstract |
Problem setting. The growth of instability and crisis of the present stage of development staticize a need of conditions and inclusive development factors searching. The social and labor sphere is capable to stabilize society on the basis of inclusion of the labor force population to the process of public reproduction and a creation of national wealth through the realization and labor potential strengthening of the population. Recent research and publications analysis. The questions of the social and labor relations and employment have always been in the researching centers of all economic science directions. They also are actively researched in the modern conditions by domestic and foreign scientists. They are A. Amoshey, V. Grineva, A. Gritsenko, T. Zayats, A. Kolot, M. Kim, E. Libanova, I. Petrova, S. Tyutyunnikova, L. Shevchenko, etc. Paper objective. The aim of an article is determination of labor and employment role on inclusive development ensuring. Paper main body. The social and labor sphere is in the epicenter of global changes and transformations. In the last decades in the conditions of social and labor system of market type formation its important characteristics as a general involvement of the labor force population in a social production, a social protection, a justice are promptly collapsed. The reasons causing such processes in the society are globalization, informatization, fragmentation and individualization of the society, the decrease in prestige of labor. In such conditions of forming valuable priorities of development the role of the state increases. A decrease in job value destroys not only a professional life, but also integrity of the person. The instruments of state policy in the social and labor sphere have to include not only an income and employment adjustment, but also an ideology of the labor life style. It is necessary to ennoble the role of labor in the increase of country competitiveness and quality of the population life. Conclusions of the research. Relevance of inclusive economic development is that exactly thanks to it society purchases an opportunity to use the potential of strong solid effective rise. Labor and employment become rod factors of such development achievement. However it requires the expansion of state policy instruments of the social and labor relations regulation, the search of effective methods of ensuring worthy labor. Short Abstract for an article Аbstract. The role of the social and labor sphere in ensuring inclusive social and economic development in the conditions of globalization is opened. Employment as the most important form of the population of the country inclusion on institutional environment of national economy and the process of public reproduction are characterized. Suggestions for the state regulation of the social and labor sphere improvement for the increase in inclusivity of development are proved. |
