Abstract

The article reveals the essence of business consulting effectiveness as an economic category and conceptual frameworks for its assessment at the microeconomic аnd nanoeconomic levels. The author has characterized vector components of effectiveness of business consulting entities, namely the professional, entrepreneurial, service, and social effectiveness. The author has substantiated the system of financial and non-financial indicators of the business consulting effectiveness and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of intellectual labour of consultants based on tracking billable hours.
