Abstract

 The content of the intellectual crowdsourcing as the technology of intellectual cooperation of using social networking carriers of implicit knowledge in producing intellectual product is exposed. It is proved that crowdsourcing is an important element of the network economy, mechanism to promote the convergence of the subjects of the integration of implicit knowledge and the formation of social capital of the information society, the factor of increase of allocation efficiency, positive synergetic effect, of economy transaction costs of integration of knowledge.
