Abstract

The content and ways of the forming of the social reputation and the trust in the university are investigated. The influence on the university reputation such factors, as reputation of the educational service, the university theacher’s reputation, the reputation of the consumers and customers of the educational services, are exposed. The conclusion about necessity of the reputational management is drawn.
