Abstract |
Progress in development of regulatory policy was researched and analyzed both as area of state activity aimed at improving of legal regulation of economic relationships and administrative relations between regulatory authorities and other agencies of state power, and business entities. Analysis of current state of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine was furnished. Institutional amendments to the conception of state regulatory policy were proposed. |
