Abstract |
The main characteristics of innovation vector of business are opened. The advantages and disadvantages of the basic models of organizational structure of innovative firms- hierarchy, internal and external networks, ventures are defined. The need for an integrated approach to the choice of structure of innovative firms with the purpose of achievement of synergetic institutional effect are proved. |
