Abstract |
Essence of approaches and mechanisms of forming of legal terms of providing of commercialization of technologies is exposed. Experience of foreign countries in the field of stimulation of scientific and technical activity of public scientific and educational institutions is analyzed. Suggestion in relation to introduction of the proper legal norms for providing of development of the regional innovative systems is developed. |
