Abstract

The article is covering the weaknesses of the medical labour market monopsony. One can refer to them the labour price containment, emigration and diminishing of the medical services qualities. In the developed countries the compensative role is executed by the medical associations that provide a countervailing power to the government press on the salary. In Ukraine the same role belongs to the shadow economy but it does not promote the implementation of the constitutional human rights on the equality of access to health care.
