Abstract |
The article analyses the present condition of the public debt. The theoretical and practical aspects of measurement of the public debt are considered. Basic indicators of debt loading and economic consequences of the existence of the public debt are characterized in paper. The preference points of the debt strategy in the context of fiscal policy priorities are determined. |
