Abstract

 Process of attraction and operation foreign in transformational economy in article is researched. The role and importance foreign инвестирования in development of the european integration of the countries-new members ES is discovered. The significant place of quantitative and qualitative analysis foreign investment, enterring in Ukraine, is conducted. The need of the activations of attraction innovations foreign funds in priority sectors of the economy is proved.
