Abstract

 The article reveals the essence of the modern understanding of youth unemployment as a phenomenon that acquires additional characteristics in the context of the digitalization of the economy, identifies the main directions of the formation of youth unemployment in the context of the implementation of the results of the fourth industrial revolution. The main mechanisms for promoting youth employment used by modern states of the world are analyzed, and comprehensive measures to help minimize the level of youth unemployment in Ukraine are substantiated.
