Abstract

The article deals with the questions related to the legal nature of such kind of isolated complicated delict as a crime with derivative consequences. Their historical analysis is being carried out, the ways and modus of legislative technology at their designing , applied in the domestic law starting from the XII century to nowadays,
are being analyzed. The features of their legal nature and differences from other isolated complicated crimes are determined.
