Abstract |
This article investigates the ways of legal support of the economic competition in the public sector of Ukraine. The author explicates her own opinion concerning the perspective areas of economic activity of the state-owned enterprises referring to the aptitude of such enterprises to be able to compete with private and foreign enterprises. |
