Abstract |
In the article the stages of crime under the criminal legislation of Ukraine and England are considering. A comparative legal analysis of such institutes as the preparation for crime and the criminal attempt under the Criminal Code of Ukraine and previous criminal activity which is prompting, conspiracy and attempt under the English law statutes is making. Their similarities and differences, the peculiarities of responsibility and imposition of punishment are establishing. The decisions of the English courts from the specific cases are given. |
