In the article draft of Administrative procedural code of Ukraine, proposed by Ministry of justice of Ukraine in 2012, is analyzed. Questions of procedure of administrative appeal (subject of appeal, preparing of complaints, consequence of satisfaction of complaint etc) are researched.
