Abstract

 The role and importance of foreign economic relations in the realization of the stable development of transitive countries conception are considered in the article. The ways of the ensuring the optimum development of economic, social, ecological concept constituents on a provision of export innovation, power economies, use of
updating energy sources, import substitution, attraction of foreign capital basis are represented.
