Editorial board of the collection, which performs the following main functions:
- development of the conception, strategic aims, and prior tasks of the publishing activity;
- development, analysis, and actualization of the collection themes in compliance with the world tendencies of development of economics and the legal science;
- development of cooperation with editorial boards of scientific journals and academic publications of Ukraine and the EU;
- holding roundtable discussions on topical economic and legal issues and publishing the scientific information in the collection;
- indexing the collection in international academic databases; registration in scientific libraries of foreign countries;
- reviewing articles;
- consulting the editorial board members on strategic issues of the collection development;
- providing adherence to ethical norms of scientific research and prevention of the practice of unfair publication.
Editorial Group of the collection, which performs the following functions:
- checking article manuscripts for compliance with technical requirements and requirements concerning the structure, formatting, and adherence to ethical publication norms;
- organizing a review process for articles, which are submitted for publication in the collection (selection of reviewers; consulting the reviewers on requirements of the reviewing procedure; documentation of conclusions on expediency of a publication, etc.);
- reviewing articles;
- conclusion of license agreements on publishing articles with authors;
- submission of article manuscripts, which are approved by the editorial board for publication, to the publishing house “Pravo” for the purpose of correction and printing at the printing house;
- contacting authors of articles;
- consulting authors on publication of articles in the scientific collection.
