Abstract |
The concept of long-term plantings from the economic and agrarian point of view was studied in this article, and it is provided their classifi cation according to the current legislation of Ukraine. Different conceptions of the correlations of rights for the long-term plantings with the rights for a plot of land, where they are situated, were considered through acceptance or non-acceptance of such plantings as separate objects of civil rights and a possibility of their labelling as mobile or immobile things. |
