Abstract

 There are analyzed the tendencies of development of the domestic labor legislation concerning legal regulation of work organization at the enterprises, institutions and organizations. It is emphasized that the rules of internal labor regulations are a legal tool of labor organization. It is argued that the refusal to adopt the rule of internal labor regulations and the narrowing of the powers of labor collectives in the process of adopting these rules is a wrong step towards improving labor legislation in Ukraine.
