Abstract |
The article investigates the nature of the category «human capital» and its place among concepts and categories of social development, and also the main methods of its assessment in terms of applicability in the analysis of the development and effective using in Ukraine. The features of human capital in the transformation economy and the conditions that hinder to form it fully in transitional society are analyzed. |
