Abstract |
The article deals with the questions related to the modern views on jus understanding and their influence on the ratio of jus and lex in the criminal law. The development analysis of scientific thought concerning volume and content of jus and lex, and also problem questions which follow from conclusions about their discrepancy among themselves is carried out. Integration approach is offered, as the most optimum when determining signs and origins of these legal phenomena. | ||||
