Abstract |
The article contains analysis of the legal regulation of relationships during the collection and processing of the scrap metal. The shortcomings of the current legislation followed by proposing ways to eliminate the existing problems has been analyzed. Proposals are based on the analysis of foreign experience in regulating the study of economic and legal relationships with the specific properties of the domestic sector of turnover scrap. | ||||
