Abstract |
The legal regulation relationships during the executing operations with the scrap-metal in the article are analyzed. The domestic legislation in this field is analyzed, the shortcomings of the state regulation are identified and the ways to improve the regulatory environment for more efficient functioning of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy of Ukraine are suggested. |
