Abstract

The modern problems of the intellectual property’s (IP) sphere development on basis the national economical security conception were analyzed. On example the patent system the contradictions of infl uence the IP’s rights system to socialeconomical development of countries and society in whole were demonstrated. It was accented that the effective conditions for IP sphere development were
determined not only the IP rights system. The directions for overcoming of interests the IP market participants on the modern stage of its development were presented.
