Abstract |
This article is dedicated to the improvement of Ukraine legislation to create an enabling business environment in the territory of the Chernobyl catastrophe. This article provides a list of appropriate for use in the territory of the Chernobyl catastrophe favorable business environment. The author formulated the content of certain provisions relating to preferential economic conditions in the territory of the Chernobyl catastrophe for the prospects for their use in the development of a legal act to regulate the economic activities in this territory. | ||||
