Abstract

The mechanisms and the subjective structure of the state control over economic concentration processes in the developed countries and the infl uence of these processes to the economic law order were adapted. The author studied the positive and negative aspects. Concrete ways to improve national control over economic
concentration processes were analyzed and suggested to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of economic entities.
