Abstract |
An analysis and the features of strategies of innovative development of the developed countries and developing countries for the further using of the best experience for development of mechanisms of forming and realization of strategies in Ukraine is conducted. Essence of innovative strategy as a set of rules and norms, determining procedure of the system of selection and realization of innovations, both in technological maintenance and in innovative process control in obedience to the public orientation of development is grounded. | ||||
