Abstract |
Features of an institutionalization of educational services in Ukraine are opened. It is proved that the present stage of development of educational services is characterized by the valuable confl ict which consequence is formation of resistant inefficient institute of institutional investors. Problems of the state policy directed on overcoming of institutional traps in education are proved. | ||||
