Abstract |
A contract right designs the economic relations of exchange. The necessity of contract right arises up of transaction cost of specification of ownership rights. Primary purpose of contract right – to decrease opportunism and unforeseen contingencies. Achievement of purpose is carried out in the process of realization of economic and institution functions of contract right. | ||||
