Abstract |
The article is dedicated to the study of implementation of European legal standards concerning local government at Ukraine. The author examines and analyzes the key provisions of international documents containing European legal standards of local government, assesses their implementation into Ukrainian legislation. The author states the necessity of compulsory usage of European legal standards in the rule-making in local government’s sphere. | ||||
