Abstract |
The theoretical problems of subject of labor contract and labor as object of labor legal relationships are considered. The definitions of «hiring» and «hiring labor» for determination of their using in labor legislation are analyzed. The investigation includes the analysis of different historical periods of law development, in particular the Roman private law, factory legislation of tsar’s Russia, Soviet and modern period of labor legislation’s development. | ||||
