Анотація

 Стаття присвячена питанням особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель «зеленої» електроенергії в межах зобов’язань України перед ЄС та СОТ. Досліджено окремі дискусійні аспекти встановлення вимог щодо закупівлі електроенергії з відновлювальних джерел саме в технічних специфікаціях, що в міжнародній торгівлі може призводити до дискримінації, оскільки «зелена» електроенергія та електроенергія з традиційних джерел є різними лише в методах і процесах її виробництва, утім однаковими на етапі споживання. Розроблено пропозиції щодо здійснення публічних закупівель «зеленої» електроенергії в Україні з урахуванням вимог у межах зобов’язань перед ЄС та СОТ.
