Аннотация |
Проанализировано влияние Четвертой промышленной революции на сферу человеческих ресурсов (HR 4.0). С позиций системного анализа цифровую трансформацию экономики следует рассматривать: во‑первых, как фундаментальные изменения в технологиях, формах и способах человеческой деятельности; во‑вторых, как стратегические изменения, которые ведут к организационной трансформации, пересмотру стратегий, моделей, операций, продуктов. В сфере управления человеческими ресурсами в условиях HR 4.0 имеют место: изменение требований к ключевым компетентностям персонала; реализация концепции цифровых рабочих мест; кардинальные изменения профессиональной структуры наемного персонала; модификация деятельности HR-подразделений, технологий и инструментов подбора и оценки эффективности персонала; переход к гибкому командообразованию. | ||||
