Аннотация

Сформулирована проблема переосмысления концепции организационного развития (ОР) в условиях бизнес-среды VUCA. Уточнена суть ОР, его составляющие, принципы, задачи. Раскрыто содержание стратегического подхода к управлению организационными изменениями. Продемонстрировано соответствие моделей управления рисками VUCA концепции ОР. За ключевыми направлениями ОР определены современные тренды и технологии управления. Проанализирован механизм функционирования холакратии как организационного дизайна, максимально интегрирующего все тренды. Определены условия формирования VUCA-культуры
организации.
