Аннотация

В статье освещаются вопросы зарождения и развития ценностно-ориентированного управления в условиях общественно-экономических трансформаций. Проведен ретроспективный анализ, очерчены основные этапы становления ценностно ориентированного управления на предприятиях. Исследованы интеграционные тенденции развития ценностно-ориентированного управления с учетом процессного, системного, междисциплинарного и отраслевого подходов.
