Аннотация

Обобщены научные подходы зарубежных ученых к обоснованию содержания стратегического консалтинга. Выявлена связь стратегического консалтинга, стратегического менеджмента, экономики, инноватики и права. Особое внимание уделено развитию стратегического консалтинга как бизнес-индустрии и основным консалтинговым продуктам, в том числе: разработке и применению консалтинговыми фирмами авторских методик; формированию преимущественно долгосрочных стратегий развития клиентских организаций с одновременной разработкой инструментов ее реализации.
