Аннотация

 Статья посвящена вопросам особенностей осуществления публичных закупок «зеленой» электроэнергии в пределах обязательств Украины перед ЕС и ВТО. Исследованы отдельные дискуссионные аспекты установления требований к закупке электроэнергии из возобновляемых источников именно в технических спецификациях, что в международной торговле может приводить к дискриминации, поскольку «зеленая» электроэнергия и электроэнергия из традиционных источников различны лишь в методах и процессах ее производства, но являются одинаковыми на этапе потребления. Разработаны предложения по осуществлению публичных закупок «зеленой» электроэнергии в Украине с учетом требований в рамках обязательств перед ЕС и ВТО.
