Abstract |
Legal and economic consequences of transformation of generating companies from state enterprises into joint-stock companies on the basis of the forecast of realization of the tasks of Energy strategy of Ukraine for the period till 2030 are analyzed in the article. According to this, the author suggests to improve legal forms of such transformation in order to secure basic private and public interests. | ||||
