Abstract

 The article provides a comprehensive analysis of legal mechanisms for stimulating the introduction of innovative environmental technologies into the economic activities of entities in Ukraine. It is substantiated that global climate change, the deepening ecological crisis and the growing need for rational use of natural resources make it necessary to transition to an environmentally friendly model of the economy. One of the key tools of this process is innovative technologies that can minimize the negative impact of production on the environment. At the same time, the effectiveness of their implementation largely depends on the availability of an effective system of legal incentives, which should ensure the proper balance between environmental and economic interests. It is established that the current legislative framework of Ukraine in the environmental sphere, as well as in the innovation sphere, is characterized by fragmentation, lack of coordination between individual regulatory legal acts and insufficient practical effectiveness. The existing legal norms are mostly declarative in nature and do not form effective economic and legal incentives for business. The author proposes a conceptual approach to the formation of a comprehensive system of legal incentives for the implementation of innovative environmental technologies. It is emphasized that only the integration of legal, economic and organizational mechanisms can create conditions for the real implementation of environmental technologies and ensure sustainable development of Ukraine. The results of the study can be used in regulatory activities, in the preparation of strategies for state environmental and innovation policy, as well as in the practice of business entities focused on green modernization of production.
